Adding Policy Year Folders

  1. From the Durell Home Screen click ‘Setup’

  1. Then click on ‘File Paths’

  1. Select the ‘Durell Files’ tab
  2. Click ‘Manage doc folders…’

  1. From here you can create policy folders for every policy in a specific address record, including the policy year in the folder name.
  2. Ticking the relevant options, then pressing ‘OK-Ensure every selected record has the folder as set will go through the document folder and create these folders.
