Adding & Removing EDI licences through setup
- The guide below shows you how to change which user has the ability to quote through EDI (Applied Systems). The amount of users that have this functionality is determined by the amount of licenses you purchase through Durell.
Useful Information
- Licence options.
- None- Neither Applied (EDI) or Postcode Lookup
- Postcodes – Postcode lookup only
- Applied Systems – Applied (EDI) and Postcode lookup
Removing a licence
- Login as the user you wish to remove the license from and then go to setup.
- Double click File Paths
- Select None from the dropdown menu. Make a note of the Broker ID and Password as you will need to add this to the user you are moving the licence to.
- Select OK
- Log out of Durell.
- Log into Durell as the user that needs the licence adding.
- Repeat steps 1 & 2
- Once in file paths select “Applied Systems” from the dropdown menu and enter yout Broker ID & Password
- Select OK
- Now you should be able to quote through Applied Systems. If you have any issues please raise a ticket through http://support.durell.co.uk
