Address Records

Address Records

  1. Durell organises “Address Records” into “Address Sets”.  These address sets are used to separate out different types of contacts, so you can keep your individual clients separate from your business clients who will be separate from your suppliers or your insurance companies.
  2. The most used Address sets are accessible from the ‘People’, ‘Prospects’ and ‘Businesses’ icons at the bottom of the main screen.  The Address Sets available from each of these buttons are customisable.

  1. Each address record has a front screen, this screen displays the contact information and basic info about the client/company/adviser.  The information displayed will vary depending on the address set you are in, for example ‘Adviser’ records in Durell can have a default commission rate set in them so Durell will allocate a default adviser pay-away on any policies that adviser sells (if the adviser earns commission on policies sold).
