Amending Renewal Date at Renewal

  1. After you have started a renewal, you have the ability to amend the on risk date and next renewal date of the policy.
  2. From the first screen of your renewal, click the “=” button near the top right

  1. In the new window which pops up, you can type the required date over the top of the ‘On risk’ and ‘New renewal’ date, currently in each field

  1. Click “OK” once complete, to save the changes. You can now proceed with your renewal as normal.
