Analysing Journals

  1. From the Durell front screen, click on “Accounts” and then “Journals”
    
  1. On the page that appears, click on “File”, scroll across on “Print” and then click on “Journals”

  1. Input the required date range for the period you would like to analyse and then click “OK” to run the report

  1. The report will be generated in a PDF style document. To export it to Excel, click on the Envelope button near the top left, then in the new window that appears, change the selection to “Excel 8.0 (XLS)” and then click “OK”

  1. A Save As box will now appear. Give the file a name, select the location where you would like it to be saved and then click on “Save”

  1. Your Excel spreadsheet which contains the data, can now be opened from the location you chose. You can now filter or make any formatting changes to the data as you see fit.
