Birthday Report

1. You are able to check for clients with birthdays which fall in a certain period, in Durell. To run the report, follow the steps below.
   
2. From the Durell front screen, click on the “Reports” button and then on the “Client” tab. Select the option that says “Client birthday list” and click “OK”

1. Set the required range of months (We will check January, for this example) and also tick the address sets you wish to include in your report. Click “OK” to run
   

The report should appear in PDF format

1. You can export the report into Excel, using the “Envelope” button

1. You will be prompted with a “Save as” window, in order to save the Excel sheet to a location of your choice.
