Bulk GDPR Changes

1. From within an address set, click on the Signpost button and then select “Update data protection…”

1. In the new window that appears, amend the settings for the records you wish to target and then make the data protection selections below.
   

1. Using the selections above as an example, if the user now clicked “OK”, this would change all of the data protection boxes in the current address set to being unticked.
   
2. Repeating the selection but only ticking “Email” and then clicking “OK” would set all records to email only and so forth.
