Here's a summary of the things we've been working on in the last few weeks

2021-01-19 (v4.8.1)

• Major - you can now allow advisers to choice from the full list of email templates when using the "Email quote" option on the quote results page - enabled using the "Selective email templates" under "Quotes -> Allow..." per profile. 
• Major - you can now display a full breakdown of transaction data for every event type in the export builder & EDI messages. This breakdown is valid for NB/Renewals and will also display the breakdown of values for MTA & Cancellations per Durell policy, so if your addons create separate policies in your back office the transaction data will split the values based on main policy & addon policies. For more information about this new field please contact olaf@durell.co.uk.
• Major - the selective promotion & comparison report when promoting quote settings from BETA to LIVE now includes new options for payment settings and leads & advisers, allowing these options to be excluded from promotion and compared prior to promotion. 
• You can now choose a default filter in the admin, policy & renewal dashboards - when marked as "default" that filter will appear to users who log on for the first time, or those who have previously not selected a filter. The ability to mark a profile as default is controlled via the "Set default filter" option ticked in the applicable system token. 
• When using an ARF broker discount this will no longer set the addon ARF broker discount value.
• We've added a new widget option to the policy and renewal dashboards to enable you to show a "Count" of items, and you can also now show the metric options in any order/combination you wish (options were previously limited).
• It's now possible to disable accounts posting on a per API key basis - simply tick the "Skip Accs" option in the API editor and policies created by that API key won't post to your accounts.
• The widget displaying income on the renewal dashboard now correctly displays this years value rather than last years. 
• The income displayed on the expanded policy cards in the renewal and policy dashboards now shows the payaway amount when using the "set income to payaway" option.
• Updated insurer list for Premium Credit.
• Fixed bug which caused transaction data to show as missing for cancellations following a reinstate. 
• The LedgerRecord is now correctly set for MTAs posted to the accounts.
• Database errors caused by connection reinitializations are now automatically retired to reduce top level errors.  
• The profit value on the admin dashboard will now be displayed correctly accounting for the "discount reduces commission" option. 
• Addons will now automatically be created with the stage "Active, no renewal prompt" by default to follow the pattern that they do not renew via CFS.

You will see these new changes available on the live site from around 1PM. If you host CFS on your own AWS instance changes will be active a little later, in line with usual release timeframes. Should you wish to not receive the update for your instance please notify us before 12pm.
