Here's a summary of the things we've been working on in the last few weeks

In this release we're excited to offer a brand new v1 "customer hub" module for testing, this new module has been designed to benefit all Durell users and includes a feed of policies directly from the Durell back office, these policies are tailored to show information based on their product type - so will show the term of pensions, the current valuation (from Durell) of bonds, the insured vehicle for personal motor insurance, etc. It also includes the customers secure messages at a glance, along with defined, personalized, contacts and user-definable links in 3 areas - images (for showing adverts or your logo or awards), text links (for linking to your website or external provider extranets), and; FAQs (to answer some common questions without the user leaving CFS, like "how do I start a claim?" or "How do I request an updated valuation?"). There's also an out-of-the-box integration with Trustpilot to display your trust score!

  • Major - it's now possible to automatically issue refunds at MTA RP and Cancellations when using the Barclaycard ePDQ payment provider. If you use ePDQ and are interested in adding this feature to your scheme please contact olaf@durell.co.uk to get testing setup.
  • The ProduceQuote API endpoints now include Endorsements in the Quote response object.
  • You can now choose to automatically delete any outstanding renewal invites during MTA creation using the API endpoints.
  • Adjustment ARF at MTA now correctly maps to Durell MTA History screen when not applied to gross.
  • Fixed Durell mapping of Gross Premium when using a Brokerage Discount premium output.
  • Cancelled policies are now automatically excluded when sending renewal reminders.
  • MTAs that fail during the email stage and are resumed now correctly include email attachments.
  • When index linking a field with a null value the system now assumes a 0 value instead.
  • You can now disable the "download to durell" option for advisers per profile (using the setting here: Quotes -> Blocked Controls -> Do not allow download to Durell)
  • API drop location for EDI messages no longer stores the full response body in the notes, it now stores the status code instead.
  • Added a new "select all" option in the export builder to allow easier generation of export layouts & EDI messages that contain all risk fields.

You will see these new changes available on the live site from around 1PM. If you host CFS on your own AWS instance changes will be active a little later, in line with usual release timeframes. Should you wish to not receive the update for your instance please notify us before 12pm.
