Check for Missing Invites

  1. You can instruct Durell to communicate with Applied Systems, in order to check for any renewal invites that may be missing.
  2. Start by going to the policy list for the client in question. Then, ensure all policy row types are being displayed by ticking all options and clicking “Apply”

  1. Now that all rows are being displayed, click on the “Signpost” button, scroll across on “General”, then on “Link to Applied Systems” and then click on “Check for renewal invitations…”

  1. Durell will now check for any outstanding renewal invitations, for this client.
  2. Outstanding invitations will be populated in the list. If there are no outstanding renewal invites, you will be advised of this by a message that appears at the end of the process.
  3. If there are no outstanding renewal invites, you will need to speak to the insurer directly, in order to ask them to send it again.
  4. If you are provided with an error message while checking for outstanding invitations, raise a support ticket and email a copy of the error to support@durell.co.uk
