Check for Missing Invites
- You can instruct Durell to communicate with Applied Systems, in order to check for any renewal invites that may be missing.
- Start by going to the policy list for the client in question. Then, ensure all policy row types are being displayed by ticking all options and clicking “Apply”
- Now that all rows are being displayed, click on the “Signpost” button, scroll across on “General”, then on “Link to Applied Systems” and then click on “Check for renewal invitations…”
- Durell will now check for any outstanding renewal invitations, for this client.
- Outstanding invitations will be populated in the list. If there are no outstanding renewal invites, you will be advised of this by a message that appears at the end of the process.
- If there are no outstanding renewal invites, you will need to speak to the insurer directly, in order to ask them to send it again.
- If you are provided with an error message while checking for outstanding invitations, raise a support ticket and email a copy of the error to support@durell.co.uk
