Copy and Move Notes

Copy and Move Notes

  1. To copy a Note, begin by locating the Note within the Client/Policy/Claim record. Highlight it by clicking it once and then click “Copy”

  1. This will create a new Note but using some of the details from the original Note. Below, you can see all we have done is change the “1” to a “2”, to indicate that this will be our second Note
  1. Make any required changes to your Note and then click “Save”. The Note will be saved and should appear in the Notes list, along with the original

  1. To provide an example of moving a Note, I have highlighted our second Note and clicked “Move”

  1. A new window is revealed and it allows me to highlight the policy I wish to move the Note onto. Once highlighted, click “OK”

  1. The moved Note will disappear from the original Notes list for policy 150501…

  1. ….and will appear in the Note list of the policy it has been moved to – 155551
