Copy Existing Policy to New Policy

  1. Locate the policy you wish to copy the details from. Highlight it, then click on the “Signpost” button. Scroll across on “Policies” and click on “Copy to different insurer/plan” 

  1. A new window will appear. In it, select a new insurer/plan and click “OK”. You will not be able to click “OK” unless you have changed the insurer or plan

  1. Your copied policy row will now appear in the policy list, with the newly-select insurer/plan. To change this copied policy’s insurer or plan, highlight it in the list, click on the “Signpost” button, scroll across on “Policies” and then click on “Change insurer/plan”.
