- Now click on the “Signpost” button near the top left and in the new window that appears, select “Rebroke for current policy”
- Progress through the screens, inputting all available and required information for the renewal. The process is identical to entering the information for a new policy. Once you get to the premium screen, input all the desired values for the renewal, then click “Save” and then “Exit”.
- You will now see your Rebroked / Renewal row. Make sure it is highlighted and then click on the “Signpost” button. Scroll across on “General”, then again on “Renewals” and then click on “Take up…”

- Now you will be returned to the policy screens, where you can progress through the remaining screens and post the rebroked policy / renewal to the accounts, in the same way as you would a new policy. The rebroked policy / renewal row will now disappear and the a new policy row will be updated with the details entered. The previous policy will be lapsed.
