Create or Disable Profile and Set Password in Durell


  1. Go to “Setup”

  1. Select “Users”

  1. Use the arrows to select the user record you would like to enable or disable. Change their name in the yellow box and then click on the “Save” button

  1. Disable the profile by ticking the “Disable login for this user” box or enable the profile by leaving it unticked. You can display and amend the user’s password by clicking the “Hide password” box. Type in the password you like and click the “Save” button




  1. To create a new profile in Durell, click on “Setup” from the front screen, then “Users”. To begin creating the new profile, finally click the “Snowflake” button.
                
  1. Enter a username and password for the new profile

  1. You can then copy permissions from an existing user to your new profile by selecting the existing user in the “Same access rights as” dropdown and clicking “Set rights”

  1. Once you have entered the username, password and permissions, click on the “Save” button to finish the new profile
