Creating a Fee Policy

Creating a Fee Policy

It is possible in Durell to create an individual Fee Policy row, specifically for a fee that is required to be separate from a parent policy.

  1. Start by visiting the client record and policy list of the parent policy which requires the Fee Policy. Highlight it and click on the “New” button. Select “Fee” from the options in the new window and click “Ok

  1. In the new window that appears, select options which match the type of fee you are trying to input. You may need to use the “Setup” button and create a new product or plan, if the type of fee you need is not available. Once the options are input as needed, click “OK

  1. ·        This will now take you into familiar-looking policy screens. Enter all information as necessary and progress through the screens until you are able to post the Fee Policy in the same way as a regular Policy
