Creating a New Address Set

  1. To create a new data set, starting from Durell’s Document Viewer…

  1. Click ‘New’

  1. Click ‘Spreadsheet’


  1. Click the “New” button in the “Setup Standard Data Field Set” dialogue

  1. Enter a name for your new set and click the “OK” button, for example, “New Set”.

  1. Use the “Select Table” drop-down to select which table to get the data fields from (e.g. the “Clients Details” table)

  1. Click and thereby highlight the field you want from the “Select fields” list
  2. Click on the “Right-arrow” button in the middle to shift it to the “Selected” list
  3. Click the “Save” button after you’ve selected all the fields you require
