Creating Addons or Standard Answers

1. From the Durell Home Screen click ‘Policies’

1. From the ‘Policies’, click on the ‘Signpost’, scroll across on ‘General’ and then click on ‘Setup standard answers’

1. Click on the ‘Snowflake/Starbust’ button and input the details of the new type of policy addon you would like. You may wish to create a new product which you can do via ‘Setup’. 

1. Enter the policy premium, commission and fee details as required for the addon. Once complete, just click on the ‘Save’ button and exit.

1. Once you have returned to the ‘Standard Answers’ screen, tick the ‘Default will be used as an add-on template box’ and give the addon a relevant name.

1. Once in the premium screen of a new policy that requires the addon, you can click on ‘Addons’ then ‘Add’ and then select the new addon you have made.
   

1. Click ‘OK’ to finish adding the addon to the policy
