Debtors & Creditors vs Balance Sheet
- To start, run a Balance Sheet to look at the state of the accounts, as of the end of January 2019
- Once you have input the report credentials as seen above, it will provide you with the Balance Sheet.
- We can now compare the figures witnessed in the Creditors and Debtors Control fields in the Balance Sheet by comparing with a Creditors and Debtors report, to cover the same period.
- The two images below, show you how to configure the report to see the Debtors report (highlights in green) and the creditors report (highlighted in red):
- Once you have configured the report as shown above, select the “Retrospective” tab and input the details below, to generate your report for the same period as the Balance Sheet:
- You will now be provided with a report, based upon whether you have configured it for the Debtors or Creditors. (This process will need to be completed twice, as you can only run the Creditors/Debtors once at a time).
- Once you have the report, the value at the very end of it should tally with the corresponding field in the Balance Sheet…

- If these figures do not match, you will need to raise a ticket for Durell Support to investigate.
