1. In Durell it is possible to attach a “Reminder” to a client record, so that it pops up on screen, whenever you visit the client record. The “Reminder” is shown ringed in red below, as a “Sticky Note”:

1. To change the text that appears in the “Reminder”, simply type the text you wish to appear, in the “Reminder” field on the client record:

1. With a “Reminder” set, you can ensure colleagues complete certain process or checks, whenever the client record in question is visited.
