EDI Cancellations

1. Go to the Applied Systems policy you wish to cancel, highlight it by clicking it once and then click on the  “Signpost” button
2. Scroll down to “General”
   
3. Then “Link to Applied Systems”
   
4. Click “Cancellation…”
   

1. Enter the date and time of the cancellation and confirm if there were any claims in the period
