Export Policy or Claims List to Excel

  1. From within the policy or claims lists for all clients or individual clients, you can export the policies/claims you see listed to Excel.
  2. While viewing the list you wish to export, click on the “Signpost” button, scroll across on “Policies” (or “Claims”) and then select “Send to Excel”.

  1. The list of policies or claims in front of you will sent to Excel, using the column setup from Durell.

  1. You can change this column display in a policy or claims list by clicking on the “Search” button. Any changes will be shown in the data that is sent to Excel.
  2. In the new window that appears, click on “Setup”. You cannot add or remove columns to the ‘Default’ list but you can select “New” in order to add or remove the available columns to your display, as you see fit
