Group Headers for Policies
- This guide will show you how you can have a single policy acting as a policy summary for clients who may have policies spread among different client records in Durell.
- Begin by visiting the Client you wish to hold the Group Policy. Open their policy list and create a new policy using the snowflake button. Select “Other” as the Type, then “Group Header” as the Product, “Group Policy” as the insurer and “Group Policy” as the Plan
- Once created, the you will see the front screen of your Group Policy. To collate policies from other client records, click on “Add” and then in the new window that appears, search for the client record of the policy you would like to add. Once you have found their record at the top of the window, their policies will be displayed in the list at the bottom.
- Highlight the policy you wish to add to your Group Policy and click “OK”. This will add it to the list of policies within your Group Policy
- Here is the list of policies on the front page of your Group Policy, after adding the first individual policy
- Double click the policy row to open it; you can add policies to this list as required.
