How to Clear Locked Records

- From the Durell Home Screen click “Setup”
- Scroll down on the right hand side until you find “Users”
·
- Use the “left” and “right” arrow on the toolbar to move between user records
·
- Click “Clear locks” to remove any locks on the selected user record
