Import the Durell Diary into Outlook
- In the bottom left of Outlook, click on the Calendar button. When the Outlook Calendar appears, click on “Import Diary”
- In the new window that appears, configure the settings to tell it to pull through the entries you require
- Any corresponding appointments found in Durell using the specified criteria will now be populated in Outlook.
- To send an appointment from Outlook to Durell, select the appointment you wish to send to Durell, then click on the “Link to Durell” button in Outlook.
- This will open a Durell-style appointment box which you can choose to amend or just save it as it is.
