iPrism Integration

1. It is possible to integrate an existing connection with iPrism into Durell.
2. From the Durell front page, click on “Setup” and then select “iPrism” from the list on the right
   

1. In the new window that appears, click on “Setup”
   

1. Now you will be able to enter your iPrism credentials into the relevant fields. Ensure you input an Agent Reference, Username and Password. You can also decide whether you would like to copy this setup to any other Durell users, near the bottom left.
   
2. The address sets used to accept the prospects are chosen in the list on the right.
   

1. The iPrism process is completed by using the functions in the first box which appears, after clicking “iPrism” in the Durell Setup list.
   
2. Select whether to load the prospects from iPrism or from a file; then enter the desired date. A payment method for the policies can also be selected but this can always be changed later.
   

1. You can download policy and client leads by going to your policy list and clicking on the purple lightning strike button
