List Policies Report

  1. From Durell’s front screen, click on “Reports”, then the “Life” tab. Highlight the “List Policies” report and click “Proceed”

  1. A new window will appear, where you can input your required report criteria. Type in your required date range for the report and any other requirements. Only give responses to the sections you wish to control.


  1. By clicking the “Policy selection” button, you can filter your report by including or excluding policies based on business type, insurer and a number of other options, as seen below. You will see that I have told the report to only show me policies from “ABBEY NATIONAL”

  1. Click “OK” once you have finished using the “Policy Selection” window. You will be returned to the original report window. If you would like the report to be generated in Excel, tick the box marked “Send to Excel”

  1. Once you are ready, click “OK” to run the report. The report will be sent to Excel or a PDF format, depending upon your selections.
