Merging Address Sets

  1. When in any ‘Address Record’, click the ‘Record’ button located on the toolbar
  2. Click on the ‘Move record/s…’ option

  1. Select the ‘Source address set’ i.e. the address set that includes the records you wish to move
  2. Select the ‘Target address set’ i.e. the address set where you want the records to end up.
  3. Select ‘All records’
  4. Tick ‘Pass mailshot details’ if required.
  5. Press ‘OK’
