Passwords for all logins can be
reset to the default initial setup password, users can then be provided with
this password and will be prompted to change to their own upon login.
Changing Passwords
- When logged into CFS as an ‘Adviser’,
click on the ‘Burger’ icon in the top left
- When the list appears, under ‘Reports’ click on ‘Profiles
(Enabled Users)’
- A list of all ‘Profiles’ will appear
- Click the ‘Three dots’ next to the relevant ‘Profile’,
and select ‘View Users’
- Click the ‘Three dots’ next to the relevant ‘User’,
and select ‘Reset password’
- Finally,
click ‘RESET
PASSWORD’
