Percentage of Business (with Pivot)

1. From the Durell home screen click “Reports”
   

1. Select “General” tab
   
2. Run “Percentage of business (all accounts sets to Excel)”
   
3. Use below selection
   

1. Highlight the two columns as shown below
2. Click on the “Insert” tab
   
3. Click “Pivot Table”
   
4. Press “OK” when the “Create PivotTable” box appears
   

1. Tick “Policy Type”
2. Tick “Premium”
   
3. Drag “Count of Premium” over to “Values” as shown below
   
4. Click dropdown arrow on “Count of Premium”
   
5. Select “Value Field Settings”
   

1. Highlight “Sum”
2. Press “OK”
