Print Memos and Export to Excel
- From your Memos on the Diary screen, click on “File”, scroll across on “Print” and then select “Memos”
- In the new box that appears, set your reporting criteria as desired
- Once the report has populated, you can either view and print in its original PDF-style or export it to Excel. To export it to Excel, click on the Envelope button in the top left of the completed report.
- In the new box, set “Format” to ‘Excel 8.0 (XLS)’ and ensure “Destination” is set to ‘Disk file’, as seen below
- Once you click “OK” the report will be exported into an Excel spreadsheet.
