Printing From the Diary

  1. From the Durell front screen, click on “Reports” and select the “Client and policy notes and appointments” report from the available reports.

  1. A new window will appear, where you can set any criteria for including or excluding any Notes or Diary appointments you require. The most frequently used for Diary reports will be the “Date range” and “Additional appointment selection”, highlighted below

  1. Once you have set the criteria as you require them to be, you can use the “Save” button to save your selection, for use again in the future.
  2. Now click “Print” and Durell will generate your Diary report. It will be displayed in PDF format, however you can export it to Excel by using the envelope button in the top right and selecting to export to Excel 8.0:
