Reporting on Diary Appointments

  1. From the Durell front screen, click on  “Reports” 
              
  1. Click on “Client and policy notes and appointments”
              
  1. Tick the box “include records in selected set” and the choose the set you wish to report o

  1. To omit notes, leave the first set of boxes blank, but include the details from the Diary by ticking the boxes as required under  “Additional appointment selection”

  1. “All actions” can be reported on, or you can choose specific actions only
