Changing Insurer / Plan

It is possible to assign a policy to a different policy holder in Durell.

  1. Begin by visiting the policy you wish to amend. Highlight the required policy row, click on the “Signpost” button, scroll across on “Policies” and click on “Change Insurer / Plan”


  1. In the new window that appears, the Type(top row) cannot be amended and if incorrect the policy will need to be re-entered. Product, Insurer Name & Plan Name can all be amended.
  1. Make the necessary changes and then click “OK”


  1. Now your policy row should display the new insurer / plan name.
