Copying Policies to a New Insurer

  1. Highlight the policy you wish to copy. Then, click on the signpost button, scroll across on “Policies” and then select “Copy to different insurer / plan”

  1. In the new window which appears, select whether you would like to copy the documents themselves or just their links and then set the insurer and plan you would like to copy the policy into.

  1. The policy row will now be copied in the policy list but display the newly-selected insurer and/or plan. Use this policy to enter new policy dates and details.
