Client reference number for Contract Enquiries

  1. Some providers (such as Wealthtime and Cofunds) require a ‘Client Reference number’ as well as the policy number to perform a contract enquiry valuation.
  2. To add a ‘Client Reference Number’ to a client record in Durell, on the ‘Client screen’, click the ‘Signpost’.
  1. From the ‘Signpost’ options, select “Online Contract Enquiry Setup…”

  1. From the dropdown list, select the desired insurer (i.e. Wealthtime) and then enter the ‘Client Reference Number’.
  2. If for any reason you have two FCA numbers associated with your Durell database, you can select a different client reference number for each FCA reference you have.
  3. Once the data has been input, click “Save” to exit.
