Adding Mailshot Field (Options)


From the Durell home screen, click on “Setup”


 
Select “Field names” from the scroll list
 

On the highlighted “Setup” field, you can select to view either “Mailshot Fields” (Fields on the front address record screen) or “Additional Mailshot Fields (42 additional fields accessible by clicking the right arrow on an address record)
Mailshot fields are defined by “Address set Type” which can be selected via the highlighted  “Address Set” option
To add a new “Options” field, just free type the new option in the “Options” field, you’ll see the “Add” button appears, click “Add”
