Create a Ticketing System Profile
Setup a User Account for Our Ticketing System
- Visit our website at supportdesk.durell.co.uk and
click on the button along the top banner which says “Sign up”
- In the new screen that is displayed, input your name and
email address, before typing the letters you see in the captcha, into the field
alongside it. Finally, click “Sign up”
- You will then receive an email at the email address you
provided. Click on the “Accept the Invitation” button
- In the new window that appears, create a password for your
profile
- In the next screen, fill out any contact information, so
that we can identify any tickets you raise and contact you on your preferred
contact methods
- Your profile will now be complete. You can review or update
any tickets you raise by visiting the “My area” section of the website
