Creating a New Insurer

  1. To add a new Insurer to Durell, visit any client/business record and jump to the General Insurance Address Set by using the Search button

  1. Once in the General Insurance Address Set, click on the “Snowflake” button to begin creating a new Insurer

  1. After clicking “OK” in the window above, fill in as much contact information as you need. Please note that a 4-character set of initials is a required field for Insurers. Once the contact info has been typed in and a code as well, click “Save” to complete
